Brief:
In 2019, I was the Learning and Development Manager for the Communications team at Impossible Foods. I inherited a load of text-heavy PowerPoint novels and a heap of Google Drive folders full of training resources and tools. My mission? Figure out how to organize and deliver those trainings in a way that can scale quickly as the company grows.
SOLUTION
RESULTS
Introduced a Learning Management System with the Communications and Marketing department. Following successful testing and deployment of e-learning courses and resources, the entire organization transitioned to this new platform, establishing a central hub for distributing and storing all company training materials.
SALES ENABLEMENT
Brief:
The Inside Sales team generated leads using information from many different resources, often buried in product powerpoints or documents. Sometimes the information had lost relevancy or was outdated.
SOLUTION
RESULTS
I created product one-sheets that were easy to read, share, and acted as the one source of truth for the team.
When the inside sales team’s customers had questions about different product offerings, they were able to provide accurate information using these one sheets.

Brief:
Team managers share a lot of information across their teams which document changes in processes, introducing new processes, or best practices.
The problem is, sometimes this info is shared through email blasts, unpinned Slack messages, or even through passing conversations.
SOLUTION
RESULTS
The example above shows best practices when it comes to working from home and ensuring employees are securing their information. These engaging and beautifully designed PDFs are contained within the company’s LMS and can be accessed by all employees at any time.
E-LEARNING
This is an example of an e-learning course created in Articulate. The course covers social engineering and how employees can identify and prevent unauthorized access to personal information while working from home.
The course is broken down into different modules, knowledge checks, simulations, and a final assessment.
